Real packaging problems we've solved for FMCG, pharma, e-commerce and industrial clients across India.

The challenge: A fast-moving consumer goods brand was seeing a high rate of carton failure during interstate transit, with corners crushing under stacking and repeat repacking slowing down their dispatch team.
What we did: Krishiv Packaging re-engineered the box to a 5-ply construction with a revised flute profile, matched to the actual stacking height and pallet configuration used by the client's logistics partner.
The result: Transit damage dropped sharply within the first month of the new box design, and the client's dispatch team no longer needed to set aside time for repacking before loading.

The challenge: A growing D2C brand was ordering shipping cartons from multiple local suppliers, resulting in inconsistent sizes, wasted void-fill costs and a cluttered packing table.
What we did: We audited their product catalog and consolidated their packaging into a streamlined set of mailer and universal box sizes, manufactured entirely in-house for consistent quality across every order.
The result: The client's packing process became noticeably faster, void-fill material usage dropped, and their unboxing experience became more consistent across every shipment.

The challenge: A pharmaceutical distributor needed hygiene-compliant, tamper-evident cartons for a new product line, on a tight launch timeline.
What we did: Our team designed a tamper-evident carton structure with clear labelling zones for batch and compliance information, and ran a fast-tracked production cycle to meet the launch date.
The result: The client hit their launch date with fully compliant packaging in hand, and has since moved their full pharma packaging requirement to Krishiv Packaging.

The challenge: An auto-components manufacturer needed a heavy-duty carton that could reliably protect spare parts moving between their Mumbai and Pune facilities, without adding unnecessary weight or cost.
What we did: We built a 7-ply reinforced carton, load-tested for the client's specific part weights, with an internal partition layout to prevent movement in transit.
The result: Damaged-part claims from interstate transit dropped, and the client standardised the new carton across their full spare parts range.
